As of July 1, 2024, there will be a credit card processing fee of $1.00 minimum applied to e-file transactions. This is a contractual credit-card convenience fee. No fee will be charged if a case type is not applicable or there is a court waiver approved.

Documents are not currently viewable to the public online. When documents do become viewable on the court’s online case information portal, the court will follow California Rules of Court, Rule 2.503.
