Court Call Information

A party may appear by telephone at any Civil or Family Law hearing that is not a contested hearing, an OSC, a Jury or Court Trial.

Request must be made and notice given 24 hours in advance of the hearing (the court may allow telephonic appearance even if proper notice is not given). Request can be made by phone, fax, mail or in person. The requesting party is responsible for contacting CourtCall (1-888-882-6878).

CourtCall will notice the court by email that the party has set up a Court Call.

The court may require a personal appearance at a hearing if determined it would materially assist the case. The court may stop a telephonic appearance if it determines a personal appearance is necessary and continue the matter to allow such to take place.
