If you have been summoned for Jury Duty on the dates specified above, you are ordered to report to the location and the report time indicated on your summons. Please remember that metal water bottles, firearms, knives or other weapons are not allowed inside the Courthouse and should be left at home. Please call the Juror Automated Service Line at (209) 966-5603 after 5 PM the night before your report date to confirm your appearance. |

Effective 01/01/2020- Pursuant to SB 310- Persons convicted of a Felony are eligible to serve on jury duty UNLESS they are:
currently incarcerated in any prison or jail,
currently on parole, post release community supervision, felony probation, or mandated supervision for the conviction of a felony,
currently required to register as a sex offender based on a felony conviction.
